Was here for lunch. Food was nice and the staff very pleasant. The decoration was modern but the carpets could have been doing with a freshen up.

Travelling for work, in the week on B&B basis. The room was a good size, bed comfortable, quite area, and overnight other guests were quiet. Carpet was a bit stained but otherwise the room was very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. It's a short distance to walk in to centre, maybe 10minutes (downhill) and if you don't fancy the climb back uphill it's cheap for a taxi. The reception area has some young kids toys which you rarely see in this kind of hotel. Bar looks good too.
