Typical Premier Inn. Comfortable room, tea and coffee makings, nice big bath with overhead shower. We didn't use the restaurant on this occasion but from previous visits it really is excellent. This Inn is located near the bus station so this is the one we always use.
3 lifts only 1 works. 18 floors and stairs are almost 45 degrees. View over Sauchiehall street good. Convenience for bus, train and car parks great but car parks are a small fortune
Positive:- Convenient location within walking distance to Buchanan Street Bus Station (direct link to the airport), Queen Street Station (rail link to Edinburgh, London) and close to the city center and essential shops (supermarket, pharmacy)- Easy check-in and check-out- Spacious room and huge bathroom well suited for people with disabilities- Comfortable bed- Very quiet (especially on the upper floors), our room was fairly close to the elevators and we did not hear a thing- Very friendly staffNegative:- One morning we woke up to a fire drill. Would have been great to receive a warning.- No toilet brush!?
Perfect destination if going to town shopping or visiting the Hydro. Across from Buchanan bus station, so if traveling there by bus it's extra handy. And they also keep your luggage for you once you check out and collect it when ready to get bus home again
Just next to the bus station and main Glasgow shopping this is ideally located. As always the rooms are spotless and the bed is very comfy. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with a white light vanity mirror and hair dryer. The staff are friendly, polite, helpful and have sense of humour. The breakfast, I had the full breakfast, was excellent with large mugs for tea and coffee. The bar here is reasonably priced with a good selection of drinks and again friendly staff. I've enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
