Comfy rooms. Good location. Breakfast can be improved. Mushrooms were missing.
Room 501 fabulous, very clean, warm, bed like a big marshmallow! Stayed before never disappointed and so close to city centre.
Good staff but one room was cold and parking was a distance away. Trip spoilt by having a ticket for bus lane infringement when stopping outside the hotel to unload bags. Food was nice too.
Only negative was the receptionist 'Donna Arrived at 2.35pm yesterday to be told check in is 3pm...I explained it said 2pm on the voucher she said it's a misprint never even looking up then said room not ready..fair enough but why not say that in first place especially as while sitting in lobby waiting on room another couple checked in at 2.45pm with same voucher and got their room key straight away..hmmm thought check in was 3pm ??? Apart from that room was lovely..big comfy bed and soft pillows..v clean and breakfast was fab...
Really confusing to find and navigate inside when you get there. Rooms a bit small and outdated. Location is good
