a fine hotel well up to standard in a dull and not very attractive street in Glasgow but very handy for the city centre. quiet up to date very clean rooms which speaks of the high standards of a Hilton chain hotel. great bar and superb breakfast with an upper class hotel feel. pleasant and efficient staff. very clean indeed so just ignore the street outside as the rest is great.
Stayed her from the 3rd Jan till 4th Jan. Great hotel, amazing facilities including sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, gym and swimming pool! Staff was great, used room service several times, and they were very helpful. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.
Attended Hogmanay ball. Good atmosphere better than in previous years. Food was good. Videos was great idea. Service was good only complaint tablet etc came after the coffee was served and drunk.
Fantastic quality value and amazing service. Central location with great facilities and all staff very helpful and friendly. Great home from home and relaxed for work & travel. Loved the 12 pm checkout!
Staff desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a twin bedroom facing inner court yard. Room was clean and updated. Bathroom is on the small side but well maintained. No refrigerator in room. We had no problem with noise, but guests in rooms facing street and main coordinators said they could hear quite a bit through the walls. Hotel restaurant was clean and quiet. We enjoyed their lunch pizza. Wait staff was attentive. Drink glasses could have been larger and we would have liked a refill.
