Hotel in a fantastic central location. The rooms were a little dated by today's standard's but they were fine. Bed comfy and bathroom big. Staff all very friendly too. Worth the stay!
The prices are quite high but you are paying for a stay in a luxurious old hotel in the centre of Glasgow overlooking George Square. The rooms are spacious. I didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food. The beds are comfortable.
Hotel in excellent location in George square next to train station and good value. Can park for free on opposite side of the square between 6pm and 8am which worked well for me . Very dated decor and rooms feels tired ....Restaurant open at 6.30pm and closes at 8.30pm and is empty not surprisingly. Tokens issued for breakfast Comfy bed ....basic in room facilities
Perfect room size overall pleasant stay. I had left my work jacket and charger ( I live in Aberdeen) and called up to see if I could pay the postage. The hotel had offered to take this up to Aberdeen for me and I would collect from a local hotel. Working with the public myself I know that this is the kind of service that is going above and beyond my expectations. thank you, very happy.
Second time staying for more than a week. Fabulous treatment by staff. Love, love, love being located at Georges Square. Atmosphere amazing. Plan on going back in 2020 for another pampering.
