It's simply perfect. Especially if you want a quiet and elegant surrounding. The tea and scones are one of the best in town and although it all looks pretty posh, the prices are surprisingly OK for tight budget. I heard that the food is very good too, but I haven't try it yet as I am treating it as an alternative to loud, stuffy and tiny cafes. It's the best place for having a conversation. The staff is simply excellent.
Absolutely fabulous. Cosy, charming and exceptionally welcoming. Excellent, cheerful staff throughout. Great food and beautiful, well appointed rooms. Can't wait to return.

Overnight stay on my birthday. The room was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Dinner in the Bistro, again the staff were excellent and the food was excellent and although the menu is pretty big I liked the look of everything on it. Breakfast followed the same pattern, plenty of choice and, lovely food, lovely service. All that and easy parking, what's not to like.
I enjoyed a delightful Afternoon Tea in the Bistro with my son for a birthday treat. The only criticism I have is that the access is restricted for disabled people and the elderly. Having said that, the staff were attentive and professional and our waiter came to our table at the end of the Tea with a lovely birthday message !!
