staff very rude and unhelpful
I just want to thank Dr renfrew,i was suffering from sever anxiety and depression,i had been seeing several Doctors,but the most helpful dr who was so patient,helpful,and keen to help me was dr rendrew,he is a great man He helped me to get rid of my scary dizziness and illness,I suffered badly for about one year but now i feel great,i Reza sarvestani and my family appreciate your help and we wish you all the best Many thanks
Very rude staff , told me I could not see a doctor as I had to take a phone call from a doctor first , I don't have a land line and I refuse to use a mobile phone ( I have my own reason for not using one ) so no appointment giving until I e.mail a complaint to the surgery FUNNY NOW NO PROBLEM just pop in get a appointment no problem no phone call no call back thanks to doctor Ireland who understands my problem with mobile phones . Ps I gave 1 star for doctor Ireland nothing for the staff .
Complete joke to get through to speak to someone. Spent an entire morning trying to get through on the phone. Glad I wasn't dying.
Used to be a great GP service - it still is - if you can; a) get through on the telephone b) get past the receptionists - one in particular needs some training on how to deal with patients, her tone and abruptness makes you feel you shouldn't be bothering the doctors with your problem. Now only emergency calls will be dealt with during certain hours which will make it more difficult to get through at other times. If you do get through, the GPs are lovely and I've always found them extremely helpful. It's this phoning, getting the engaged signal constantly, then the receptionist taking details then waiting on a call back which is time consuming - I wonder how many phone lines they have? Maybe they need more - and more staff answering particularly on a monday.
