hi had appointment for 15.40 i have great doctors its the reception staff that let it down ,so i walked in to surgery told them my neme appointment time the receptionist told me they are running more than 30 minites late i said i cant wait that long got to get my child from school the receptionist just shruged her sholders and i asked her is that your reply shruging your sholders i then asked way was i not notifyed she then said iam doing it just now she then told me i would have to make a new appointment the next day but i was up with a specimen and told her i was waiting for this appointmet for days she shtuged her shoulders again they are shocking in this surgery had to walk away have reported them to the spso witch is the ombudman they cant get away with treating people like this
Asked dr ewart for help with my problem said no was very blunt and said he cant help me. Definitely not recommended..
Have been a patient at this surgery for nearly 30 years! EXCEPTIONAL doctors and reception staff...Have had appointments with all Gp's at the practice but i do have my favourites...Dr McArtney and Dr Ewart..Keep up the good work.
Very poor "customer" service. It was impossible to get an appointment. Tried to call them and after waiting long time on hold I was told to try the following day. People in need should not be treated like this. I hope NHS is privatized and monopoly is abolished.
All the Doctors are exceptional, I have been with the surgery for 28 years and have never had any complaints about my treatment. They have seen me through a few dramas and illnesses in my life and with their support and expertise got me through them. I will always be eternally grateful to the medical team and wonderful Receptionists. It is great to be able to thank them all in public. Thank you everyone.
