DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM - My wife booked a rental car through this company. We only needed the car because our house got broken into and her car was stolen. It might look cheap and good on there website but when you get there they start to add on charges. They wanted to charge 20 to phone the DVLA for her. Then they tried to get her to pay 850 to them to release the car to her - which apparently would have been paid back once the car had been returned - 14 days after the car was returned. When questioned about if it was just an impression of her card like when you usually rent a car, we were told the money will leave your account. 850 - are you kidding??? This is how they make there money. Once they have taken that off your card, there is no guarentee that they will return it. We decided to cut our losses and walk away from the 50 we had spent to reserve the car. Just trying to rip folk off. DO NOT USE
Don't risk wrecking your trip by using this company. My flight was delayed by 1.5 hours meaning I would not get to the rental desk before it closed at 7pm. I called ahead twice and received inconsistent advice, the second person saying I would have to pay 60 to keep the desk open for 15 minutes. As it was, there were no shuttle buses running to the desk, and I was left stranded in Glasgow airport with two young children. In the end I rented a car from Hertz which was miles better in terms of service and actually no more expensive.

Worst car rental company ever, 0/5 stars for them. Had been waiting at their office for an hour while two guys sloths at the desk are trying to do their job. Once I got to speak with them, they denied a car since I didnt have a British passport.
To be avoided...there's a reason their prices are so low - very poor service and hidden costs. This is the only car rental service I have ever encountered which insists cars should not require any cleaning/valeting whatsoever on being returned (something we only discovered when picking up the car) and thus effectively forces customers to pay for an additional cleaning service. The agent at the desk was sullen and discourteous, and worked very slowly; we waited for over an hour to pick up the car.
