Nice n clean helpful staff
Whilst my experience with the car itself was fine, I can only give Hertz a 1 star rating due to what has happened since. Ive recieved x2 charges against my credit card for 50 and 35 euro respectively without any contact or correspondence. I emailed them to ask for an explanation and have received no response and have tried calling to be told to email them. It is extremely frustrating, and its a horrible feeling to get home and then not know when and why you keep incurring charges on your credit card. I should note that it was 4 weeks since we got home for the first charge and now about 7 for the second charge. I cant understand how this is legal to keep charging a customer without any contact, correspondence let alone an invoice.
THIEVESThat's the only word I have to describe Hertz. Once we arrived at Hertz with heavy luggage, we were made to wait 25 MINUTES.After this we were rudely refused service over something not found in the terms and conditions. Our holiday was RUINED.Herts then had the nerve to STEAL a cancellation fee off our creditcard and refused to return it.We are currently taking this to the small claims court with a view at pursueing legal action.DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THESE THIEVES.
Location is great, right in the city center, and under the central station bridge.
