Very unhelpful and unwilling staff. Army of robots with fake smile who will show you the door before they would even think about any solution. I was very happy customer who recommended E. everywhere but not anymore.Never felt so separeded from customers as your staff made me. Made me feel like trash that wants to pest on your precious vehicles.Thank you.
Had to use enterprise as my car was getting warranty work done to it.They arranged to pick me up from my dealer at 8.30 am to take me to their branch and give me a ford focus for a few days.They were over 1.5 hours late to the dealer, claimed that there were two people with the same initials so they got mixed up. didn't bother to phone me to check and initially went to the wrong dealer to get me. i was 2 hours late to work and they gave me a fiesta which is far too small and completely unsuitable for my requirementsOver promised, Under delivered
