Watch out for the convenience of not having to return with full tank, I paid twice the pump price for the small quantity I used, including the refund awarded
Robbed by their valeting company!I used enterprise car club as a work colleague used a similar service in London and was very impressed. I hired a car from them for a week via the app, used the app to unlock the door all easy peasy !On the last day of the rental whilst the car was parked at a hotel in Glasgow their 3rd party valeting company came to service the car. Overnight whilst parked in the secure hotel car park i left A US Passport in my name, 86 GBP, 200 Cigarettes, Samsung Charger, Samsung phone mount, USB Memory stick and 2 suitcases in the boot of the car. The next day I woke up and discovered everything was missing.I am currently in a 6 month battle with them and they are telling me that the valeting company did not take anything from the car. The customer services is appalling and i have been called a liar by their terrible home working customer service advisors. Always being told no manager is online and never getting call backs. They refuse to tell me the name of the valeting company they use. I have been robbed by this company and Enterprise simply do not care. I will be seeking legal action to reclaim the above items. I just cant get my head around how they simply wont help ! Avoid this company at all costs !!
Everything was perfect, but after a month I got a bill for tyre misalignment. Called several times, and after two more months I still have no explanation.
I can't say a bad thing about the staff and car rental. We came to Scotland from Canada on our honeymoon. When the stag found out they upgraded our vehicle from a compact to an SUV. It made a huge difference and was so sweet of them.Vehicle was great, not a single issue,and the staff made everything super enjoyable. They even gave us some suggestions of places to see and tips on driving. Thanks Enterprise!
On 18.11.18 my wife and I (both in our 60s) were stranded at the airport when Sixt did not supply the car we had booked and when we complained they cancelled the booking other companies on the site wanted 1000+The lady at Enterprise (sorry we did not get her name) was wonderful she fixed us up with a car at a reasonable price and was so friendly and helpful.On our return all the Enterprise staff were really friendly and so helpfulWe will never use Sixt again its Enterprise all the way from now on
