Really poor service. Lack of communication between all members of staff. No one knows what anyone else is doing or has done. Received several phone calls to arrange one booking that had already been arranged. They do not make you aware of what you need to bring with you, resulting in wasted journeys and time. Left without a car as they close early on a Saturday and all day Sunday. By the time I got home to get what they asked for there was no time to get back before they closed. This could have been avoided by using effective communication and basic customer service.

Went with my brother to hire a van. The usual hire scam where you end up being hit with additional insurance, instead of being told up front what your liabilities are and total cost when booking. Also ended up getting charged twice on credit card, told it was an error due to the card reader?? Never have that problem in Tesco or other retail outlets. Not very impressive,
