This is. Fantastic site set right on the east bank of Loch Lomond. Plenty of great walks directly from the campsite either on the banks of the loch or on the highland footpath which runs adjacent to the site.
A proud owner of a camper an always looks for the best places to stay in. In the last 2 years we have stayed there twice, this is a quiet secluded campsite with all the amenities you need unless if you are looking for a kids park and maybe a games room...If you are looking for unspoilt natural beauty, to be close to nature this is the place to be...The staff as always been incredibly friendly and helpful and my Spaniel loved the daily swims...Pay a little bit extra for the view lake and you will be rewarded with beautiful sunsets, sunrises and if you are lucky enough amazing full moons reflected on the loch...One to go back again!!
Beautiful setting but the site needed a tidy up, areas needed mowing. Facilities are misleading, the older block looked tatty from the outside but was perfectly adequate with modern fittings and clean. The bakery was great.
Absolutely stunning. One of the most beautiful places I've been since moving to Britain from Canada. I can not wait till I can come back and stay even longer at this beautiful Campsite.
This place is amazing views to die for whatever the weather. We booked a select pitch which was right on the waters edge. The toilets are clean and warm. Staff are really friendly and showed us to the area of the park to pitch and we could pick our own spot which I loved. Can't wait to go back it will be even better in the summer.
