Tiffneys must be the best if not one of the top 3 steakhouse's in Glasgow. Fantastic service, lovely wine and cocktails and a great choice of meat. Lovely setting, very intimate feeling. Knowledgeable about gluten free/coeliac which can be a hard thing to be reassured about and the chef came out to ask us how the meal was after we finished. Great personal touch.
BEST quality steakhouse in Glasgow. Smallbut perfectly formed. Attentive but not overbaring staff, who are friendly and very helpful and I formative of the food they serve. AAA+
Excellent excellent excellent meat! I'm a meat fan, and I've never eaten such tender meat as at Tiffney's. I took the 500g cote, it was simply delicious!! You should book before going there, especially on Saturdays. Don't go to Glasgow without trying it.
Steak was amazing! Friendly staff chef also comes out to speak to you. Small quiet homely restaurant. Fab meal
The quality of most of the food was excellent. We had an overcooked steak, well done when it should have been medium. They did come to apologise, thought his words were 'I never make a mistake' - quite clearly wrong, given we were looking at one. He offered to cook another steak as they didn't have any more of the same meat, but who really wants to wait while the rest of your food gets cold? I'd say this is an excellent restaurant, but their handling of this error could have been better.
