Avoid!!! This agency is not suitable for buyers. Before you even have a chance to submit the offer, they ask you to pay "buyer's fee" just to introduce you to the property which they are selling. They are pushy to the point that you feel cornered and have 2 seconds to make a decision. Once you pay "buyer's fee" you are obliged to buy the property as if you resign, your monies are gone! Within nearly 2 months till transaction was complete they didn't phone us once, apart from the call when they asked us to pay 2k to them for "introduction". Never returned calls either, had to call them dozens of times to ask questions about the property and as a first time buyer it was extremely stressful situation for me and my partner. No guidance whatsoever!Even if you think this is your dream property, DON'T BUY IT FROM THEM as your nerves will be shattered!I'm attaching copy of their "buyer's fee" policy as I truly think this is barely legal practice
I have no hesitation in recommending GPA who in my experience as a seller, were efficient, honest and sympatheticc to my needs. They responded to my questions immediately, it was easy to keep in touch with them and they successfully enabled a quick sale on my property which was exactly what I wanted.
Avoid this company completely,We bought a house across the road from us, because it was so close and we knew the person, we found out they were charging both the buyer and the seller the fees, twice the amount any decent company charges, when we questioned it they waivered my fee (buyers) after doposit was paid they demanded the payment or told us we would loose the deposit,When our solicitor (conveyancing direct) asked for the contract they refused to send it over,It ended up costing the guy we bought the house off of 8k to sell his houseThe 5 star reviews are fake AVOID

I had a confirmed appointment so I bought a train ticket to go see the property. Luckly I called right before departing just to learn that my appointment was cancelled and the house sold. Not even an email to advise me.
