I received amazing service from Catherine Bruce at DJ Alexander, who went over and above to help me out with an incredibly tricky situation with some nightmare tenants who were moving out of my property. I live in London and my property is in Glasgow and Catherine couldnt have been any more supportive and understanding of my situation. I will always recommend this agency to anyone going forward. I'm not sure how they survive with such bad customer service. First of all the viewing agent doesn't show up and when i call them they just apologize stating the keys couldnt be arranged and book me for another slot. Fine, I can let it go. Few minutes later I get a confirmation text for some property viewing in Edinburgh for which i call them again and they simply apologize again saying they'll correct the address and send a confirmation. Never got the correct confirmation.
