I have always had a good professional service from Candlesriggs Branch Glasgow. I have rented out my property for a few years now and they have always been attentive to the tenants needs and the Landlords needs. One time we had a very difficult tenant and they managed the tenant extremely well which i was grateful for. i will always use them for future leasing.
Some very rude staff and I would not recommend for letting/renting. An agent gave 20 minutes notice to arrange viewing of flat and when they didn't receive a response in this time went on to let themselves into the flat without my permission, which is illegal according to the Housing Act 1988.Also I had already emailed before you sent your reply.
I rented with Countrywide from 2016-2018. We had some minor difficulties with the flat when moving in, however these issues were resolved quickly. When things took a little longer, the Senior Branch Manager was really helpful and kept in regular contact until things were resolved. Overall I had a very positive experience renting with Countrywide and would do so again in the future.
Sold city center flat and I can't complement the professional service enough. From the initial engagement of the valuer where he gave me some great practical advise on what to do on flat to achieve best price and also went out of his way to help get me contacts for repairs I needed in advance of sale, to the support from office staff through the viewing process and the actual sale, not to mention getting excellent price. I have sold a few properties and have had mixed experiences with other companies but seriously had nothing but excellent service from countrywide Candleriggs
