Awful, incompetent and totally rude staff! Never encountered so disrespectful people.
To be honest I don't like hospitals. I have been here 2 days in a row helping a relative and it's quite a clean, modern hospital, with excellent, friendly staff, if you are sick then sorry, but this would not be the worst place to come. The parking is good and free but a little difficult to find with a challenging crossroads at Battlefield Road.
Just had an operation on my eye. Staff were amazing could not be nicer, thumbs up to the NHS well done
They were not busy we phone them before but still spend more than 2 hours any way better then sadar general
Had eye trabeculectomy on 13th July. From the time I arrived, I was treated with kindness from staff and doctors. I enjoyed the whole experience. Operation only took 28 minutes, it was amazing! I am so very grateful! Thank you.
