Dr Karen was very irresponsible. My condition was so serious that my appointment was cancelled once and again, and I was delayed for another three weeks. Discrimination, very angry, not for the patient at all.one star I dont want to give her.

Visited yesterday with a friend who was attending several outpatient clinics. Very impressed with the ambiance of new hospital staff very helpful and nice calm atmosphere. Hospital easy to get around and car parking adequate. I worked in several departments in the old hospital in the 1970's. This is how a modern NHS hospital should be. An overall good experience for patients and visitors.
Took taxi in because its quickest had to wait at hospital till 7pm after ambulance never showed till then & left on 1st floor myself so today I got express taxis Condorrat was back home for 12.30 thank god in wheelchair couldn't even get to toilet
It is a great hospital. But reason for my low rating is they don't have changing facilities for single dads with children. Was really shocked this day in age you don't have baby changing facilities for single dads! Think its something that should be looked at.
