Great help for disadvataged.
My brother was transferred to Leverndale. His belongings like mobile phone cash were left in previous hospital he was in. So they posted it to inpatient affairs to Leverndale. I phoned them and awfully rude aggressive woman picked the phone shouted to me telling that I am lucky she is even talking to me. She was shouting and very rude and cheeky. I recorded all phone call and I am going to make complaint about her. Still my brother's belongings are lost. They haven't passed that to him and dude to his mental illness it causes a lot of stress and anger in him. The ward isn even interested to fimd out where his belongings are and collect it for him.The hospital is freezing cold with holes in the windows.. bed is so noisy and uncomfortable.. Not plenty of food and nutrition.Patients say it is more like a prison. Some of the staff are nice but some really rude and not helpful at all.... don't recommend !!
