Great shop, these guys know their stuff.My derailleur was badly damage and they fixed it in just few hours. They also serviced the breaks. My bike was better than when I bought it.Great deal.
Fabulous service. Rang up and made my order and 3 weeks later Joe delivered the beautiful Pashley bike to my door, complete with a bunch of flowers for the basket! At least a 5 hour round trip so many thanks Joe for literally going the extra mile (& more!).
Fantastic shop and service. Put an old bike in because I thought I had two punctures. The owner blew up the tyres, adjusted and tightened everything up and didnt charge a thing. Faith in humanity is restored when youre presented with such decency. Wouldnt go anywhere else from now on.
Having been heavily involved in the bike community in Glasgow & West of Scotland for the last 25 years, I have spent a fair amount of time dealing with bike shops.I can honestly say that Gear Bikes are by far the most professional and helpful shop I have ever dealt with. Their 'can do' attitude is unrivaled in the city, and the level of technical knowledge shown by all the staff is a credit to the owner!I have referred many many friends and colleagues to the shop, and was even lucky enough to meet Grant Ferguson in store a few years ago!
