I had a nightmare this morning with a new bike we bought online for my Son. Phoned the shop and they said to bring it in. Sorted the issue straight away and wouldnt charge me. We will definitely be back to buy the next bike for our boys. Fantastic customer service which you dont always get these days!
I bought a new Merida E Bike here the friendly staff are easy to deal with an old school approach to repairing your bike done there and then no messing when I had a warranty problem. I don't expect many bike shops could come close to there level of customer service that only comes with years of experience.These new e bikes are amazing everybody should have one.
Fitted mudguards and new brake blocks in no time. Impressed with the custom fitting they made so it sits more closely to the front tyre. All very reasonable too.
