John and the guys really helped me out when trying to track down a hard to find bike. They made the process of ordering simple and enjoyable. I honestly cant rate them highly enough they went the extra mile when a lot of other bike shops I was in contact with were not willing to!

Terrible service was told in shop my bike may only cost 20 pounds to fix then he phoned and it changed to 110 pounds they are now asking for 160 pounds disgrace!!!
Cyclelane were quick to repair and fitted parts well, but were far too keen to up-sell on new parts. I took two bikes in for repair, a racing bike and a mountain bike. I had ridden 1900 miles, on the racing bike, over 8 months (from new bike) so the chain needed replacing and I was getting noise from the rear wheel. Cyclelane mechanics told me that I "needed" to replace the cassette. I have subsequently learned that I should be getting 4K - 4.5K miles out of the cassette, especially if I look after it, which I do. They didn't spot the bent spoke, which was the solution to the noise issue (I did ask them to look at that issue). With the mountain bike I was told a new wheel was needed, but it turned out to be the freehub was worn, which is a fraction of the cost of a wheel. They do have a good range of cycle accessories, which tend to be more expensive than on-line, but you have the convenience of buying straight away. I have shoppeed there before and I would shop again, but will be taking repairs elsewhere from now on.
