Great bike store. Really helpful when buying my bike. Great customer service. Jim, one of the bike mechanics, was excellent when I lost a part on my bike. Contacted specialized, got the part, sent it down to me, followed up afterwards. Excellent! Will buy any future bikes from Dales going forward.
Came here as my family has done for many years to buy my first road bike. There was no doubt in my mind which bike shop to head to in Glasgow and my experience only affirmed that belief. Very helpful staff willing to answer all of your questions and test out the bikes on show. When I returned after a few weeks with a few questions about saddle height, one of their body geometry specialists helped me out even though I had no appointment and was only looking for a little advice rather than a full fit. Sadly I moved abroad before having the chance to get a full fitting done but I cannot recommend Dales enough.
Great place, staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Loads of stock with good variety of bikes and accessories. Price for my son's new Orbea bike couldn't be matched anywhere, even online. Thanks guys!
Fantastic customer service very helpful. Gave me a fantastic deal on another bike as there couldn't supply me the bike I was after as it was out of stock from the main supplier until end of Feb! Once they got the next bike in it was built fully & sent next day delivery from Scotland to Poole Dorset! Got it in 1 piece no problem. Thank you very much 1 happy customer

Staff helped me chose my first road bike, took time to understand my needs and make sure I understood what was on offer so I could get the best setup for my purpose.
