Wonderful, caring staff who kept our wee bichon overnight when shed gotten at some xylitol gum. Listened attentively to our explanation and worries and gave us information and choices on how to proceed. Were open and willing to adhere to the pups strict dietary requirements.Gave a good breakdown of the procedures and care she had received as well as a breakdown of the bill and seemed to have given her a lot of love and care while she was with them.An absolutely great team to rely on when your pet has a late night emergency.
We found Vets now to be very professional, discreet, respectful and sympathetic at our difficult time. They took care of our beloved cat Oakley and on collecting her a couple of days later, they had had made us a beautiful keyring with some of her fur in it and a beautiful card with her paw print on it.This was a lovely gesture and has left us with something of her. We cannot rate them highly enough for treating us and our beautiful cat with dignity and respect. Would highly recommend.
5 star service and care. Our French bulldog was in their care for 8 days. The team were fantastic, professional, understanding and provided regular updates on our dogs progress. Can't thank you enough for all of the support and the clear aftercare plan to allow us to nurse him back to full health at home.
My puppy Papi broke his leg he had to have a operation resulting in needing a plate and pins he stayed in hospital for 3 days all through the procedure I was kept informed on everything my puppy was well cared for in every way cant thank you all enough.. excellent service in all areas
