The staff do such an amazing job under very challenging circumstances please keep up the brilliant work you'se do thank you

The staff are excellent my cat has been so ill and the staff there are wonderful xx

Had to go to the pdsa, a great vet very helpful but you wait a while before your seen.

Always busy with long waits, can take hours to get through on the phone to get an appointment, up to 2 hours wait with a sick cat in a basket in an overcrowded waiting room is ridiculous, they have the cheek to ask for donations when they treat your animals with cruelty like that. I always donate anyway and donate in other ways. They need to get their act together, if they want good donations they need to give a much better service, most of the reception staff are discurteous and extremely slow, hence the long waits, although there are one or two who are very nice and somewhat efficient but i have seen queues out the door just waiting to check in. The P.D.S.A Do a great job for people struggling with low incomes but they need to improve the service, especially the phone answering and waiting times.

I've been taking my 2 cats here for 2 years. One is special needs and the staff at Shamrock St treat them with more care and compassion than they received from any private vets who've treated them. The staff ALL work under pressure every day to ensure that each animal is treated according to it's needs. People should remember they are vets for pets not counsellors for the pet guardians. I also believe that all guardians should give a donation, no matter how small, each time they visit as the PDSA are totally dependant on charitable donations. My little cat is enjoying her life because the vets at Shamrock St spent more time investigating treatments for her condition. She has gone from a timid, hiding under the bed in fear wee creature into a bold, playful and loving cat due to their diligence and diagnosis. I cannot praise them enough so Thank You PDSA from my cats Kira and Lily. You keep them well and happy.
