Took adopted 15yr old cat there for investigative tests, they vets themselves are nice & not questioning the care - however their charging structure leaves a lot to be desired (double charging). Total bill over 3 short visits excess of 700 - diagnosis under-active Thyroid (paid privately), not insurance. On giving constructive feedback about SOME, not all of the costs and this affecting my ability to easily afford the specialist scans they were now suggesting, rather than taking the feedback on-board, they sent me a letter saying that they would not care for the cat anymore. Very quick to say their primary concern is the ethical care of the animal, very slow to see the ethical side of charging. I would not recommend unless you want guilt tripped, your intelligence insulted and mildly ripped off.

It's in need of some TLC but staff are friendly and I have used the cattery a couple of times. My cat has been well looked after and staff are accommodating
