Long useless waiting time for currency exchange, and worst service attitude ever seen in UK.
My no1 post office a very busy post office, always a queue because its so busy, but all the staff are very helpful and efficient, The Glasgow Beard Co.
Slow service only two people on when others are sitting in the back office doing nothing, spent twenty minutes in a queue of people. Finally asked for 10.00 electric, guy comes back and says it's not working, asked him how many times did he try it, his reply was 6 or 7 times which is utter nonsense, his reply when I said OK was "I know what I'm doing" , sorry I don't remember saying you didn't know. The key is brand new and works elsewhere, their machine is on the blink and is hidden in the back so they can lie to you.Needs to overhauled and run by people with better attitudes, will not be going here again felt like I was treated like an idiot.
Post office opening times online AND on the shop says 8:30. Went before work to post off things for the festive period before work at 8:45 and it was still closed. Common issue with this Post Office.
Awful post office. Always a huge queue and slow service. They also charge twice the price of other post offices and quote prices twice that advertised on the Royal Mail website. The Asian man, who I presume is the owner is also very rude and has extremely poor customer service. Doesn't like to be questioned about the prices. I asked why he was quoting me over double the price advertised on the Royal Mail website and he just laughed rather cockily and said I was wrong. When I showed him the price on the Royal Mail website and told him to see for himself, he refused saying 'i'm not looking at that." I then asked if the store was a franchise, assuming it must be and that's why they charge twice as much. He laughed again and said "don't know what that is, what's that." It clearly is and he quite clearly knew what I meant. There is another post office on Dumbarton Road, I would go there instead - it has much better reviews. The reviews on here for this branch speak for themselves.
