Excellent post office friendly and helpful
I was in the post office and the manager honestly didnt have a clue When I was asking him questions about posting my parcels was very rude but their blonde headed assistant was amazing helped me and kept me right through the full transaction and was a stark difference to her manager the proprietors of this business need to look at their management structure again considering the assistant knew more than the manager I would deffinitkey use again but only if I was served by the blonde headed lassie
Staff are rude and very aggressive. Went in with my boyfriend to pay his car tax. Old man there typed one letter at a time as slow as he possibly could then asked my man to spell his name and details ( it was written in capitals infront of him!) just a total joke. He then said he couldnt do it and we were told to phone the DVLa. When we explained we had and theyd said it was sorted, both the man and lady at this post office became quite aggressive. This is the second time I have been into this post office and Ill never go back. Neither of these people should be working in any customer service job, it is very clear that neither of them want to work at all and both have severe attitude problems! They need to be sacked and the place shut down. Absolutely discusting!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The brown guy who works at this place is very rude and slow. It always takes about 15 minutes for a queue of a couple of people. And he would sometimes yell at the customers. I have seen so many bad reviews about the same person here, yet he is still hired.
