So I went to this post office today to send some money to greece. It was a blonde lady that served us. She just ignore us all the time and she was talking on the phone and in the same time she was doing her job in the computer. Then she did a mistake and my person in greece couldn't get the money because she was concentrated to talk on the phone and not doing her job. I am not that kind of person to teach her how to do the job and I didn't say anythink but when I saw the mistake that she made i was very angry.I will be there again to fiks this mistake that she make and then I will not be there again. I was very very dissapointed.
Bad experience as a business account holder. Incompetent staff and manager.I dropped 4 parcels around mid December using my business Click & Drop account. I went to hand another 2 packages around 2 weeks later. The second time, the packages were identical to the first time as my business only sells a single product. On the second occasion they wouldn't accept them. I informed them that I've been sending the same packages for 8 months at various post offices and haven't faced any difficulty to date. At this point, the manager entered into the conversation and to her credit was much more pleasant to deal with albeit incompetent. The manager said to me whatever post offices i used in the past weren't trained properly and the numerous customer service advisers i had spoken with also weren't trained properly. It was at this point that i reminded her that i was in 2 weeks ago and she personally helped a colleague put through the same parcels she was now contesting. Having caught them out they still refused to accept the parcels. At this point i decided to leave and go to another post office where i was able to post the parcels with ease and no hassle.The service was terrible but even worse than the service was their manners but again I reiterate that the manager was pleasant albeit incompetent however the other person i deal with was very rude.
Eileen was very helpful but this did not really make up for the absolute disdain dished out by another member of staff. I asked her a simple straightforward question that she decided was beneath her to answer. It was very embarrassing for me to be spoken too in such a manner and I won't be back .I have a feeling that Muriel won't be bothered. Edited......I have just read the other reviews and must say lots of customers seem to have had same ecpexperie although Eileen and self service seem to be helpful. Shame on you Post Office.
Surly, miserable, and rude. These post office staff are everything you'd expect and more. With people like this, it's a wonder the post office isn't going out of business sooner.
Have used the office on various occasions to post items and get passport processed and have always found the staff to be very helpful.
