On Friday the 18th January, 2 friends and I tried to come into your club. I was driving so obviously wasnt under the Influence and we were told by a member of your female door staff not tonight. We didnt cause a fuss and just walked away as we understood that it was busy. Friday the 25th of January we attempted to get in to the club again with a group of 9 of us this time round including myself. The same female member of door staff that we spoke to last week told us that your club isnt for you people. As a group of all black guys this is not only racist, it is disgusting!! The fact the bouncers were letting all other white members of the public in to the club shows that this was definitely a discriminatory act against us and it is totally unacceptable. Its 2019 and theres no need to be treating each other like that, all we wanted was just a good night in Glasgow since everyone was recommending your club and clearly its not meeting up the standards. Thanks
Was knocked back after being honest with my drink everyone else in group apart from me and they all said the same thing as me. Didnt give an explanation why I wasnt let in. Not fair and ruined a good night out.
Attended the NYE party here for 2018/19 had a fantastic night until I lost my phone. The next day i tracked it to Kushion at 8AM meaning it had to still be on the premises as there is no way the tracker could lie. Called the club continuously without answer to then finally get a reply from the Facebook Page asserting me they would check the next time they were open ( the following Thursday). With no reply on the Thursday, I drove up to be greeted by a very rude and unhelpful bouncer who told us nothing had been handed in. No one took contact details to let me know if it was to be found, and I was not even able to speak with a member of staff/ manager which is very unprofessional. Not the way to treat customers, will certainly not be back. It's such as a shame as it is a club I have been going to for years now. Shocking customer service.
The guy in front of me was asked for his postcode on entry. Curious as to why, he asked calmly and was physically pushed out of the queue by the bouncer. If a bouncer acts this violently to something like this, I do not feel safe entering. This bouncer needs to control their violence and anger otherwise customer safety is at a huge risk.In response to the below reply: I understand the need to protect your staff and the demands of security work as I have worked events before. However the events occurred exactly as described in my review, as you would notice if you reviewed your cctv footage. This was an opportunity to review your safety procedures in terms of staff violence and instead you have decided to ignore this opportunity and lie about what happened. Your response proves that this venue is not safe for customers. I admit that the person in question did act inappropriately too, however they acted in anger in response to the violence shown by your staff. It is basic knowledge that violence often illicits violence, as horrible as that may be.
Absolutely shocking. Never have I ever felt the need to leave a review after a night out but this was appalling. When I was buying my first drink of the night (no pre-drinks before going here as we were running late so I was completely sober), I paid for my 5 drink with a 20 note, to be then given a 5 note in change. The girl then walked away. I was standing trying to get her attention for a couple of minutes with her rudely ignoring me. When she finally came over I told her I was given the wrong change, to which she pulled out all the notes from the till which were only 10s and 5s, obviously keeping my 20 in the till. She shook the notes in my face shrugged her shoulders then walked away again. Even though I dont appreciate being ripped off, it wasnt about the money. It was the sheer rudeness of how dismissive she was. Been on a good couple of nights out in my life and not once have I been overcharged 10 for a drink then so arrogantly ignored by staff. Will not be back, avoid this place.
