Very clean, organised, and modern cinema. Everything you'd expect from slushies to popcorn to hotdogs. Seats are comfortable and spacious, very much enjoyed my experience here.
Took the vip experience of promised reclining seats and extra leg room... seat was comfy but rigid, certainly didnt recline and wasnt worth the extra .... normal seats next time
This is one of the best cinemas in Glasgow. They have big comfy seats, there is plenty of leg room and the sound system is amazing. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy and they have disabled access via the lift. There are plenty of snacks available to buy. There is a pick and mix, ice cream, nachos, and a choice of hot dog toppings and alcohol. They also do a variety of snack and drink deals so keep an eye out for these. As this is situated at The Fort though there are plenty of shops and amenities around so if you are looking to make a day of it there's plenty of options.The only negatives are that I've never been able to get a signal on my phone once up the escalator so if you have e-vouchers its best to have these on your phone before entering. They also tend to run out of hot dogs at busy periods so get there early if you're attending on a Saturday afternoon or you'll need to wait for the next batch.
Staff are attentive (which is rare in a cinema... more so during quite time). Very helpful and knowledagable. Particularly with the elderly and voucher / discount codes; that can be confusing when combined with tech and apps.The cinema is well calibrated, visually. Sound is clear. They haven't confused deafeningly loud with quality. The levels are all good. The extreme screen is worth the extra.The V.I.P. seats are roomy. Both armrests are yours (living the dream). Genuinely comfortable seats. You won't leave the 3 hour epic with stiffness and bed sores. If you visit on Mondays and combine voucher codes. It's still cheaper than most standard seats and screenings.Clean. Even the toilets. Food prep areas and sparkling too.
Machine printed out the wrong tickets, missed the start of Johnny English. Seats were comfortable (standard seats). Sound excellent!!!
