Popular with locals the two screen cinema show popular films. It does get busy so do buy your tickets in advance. The cinema is comfortable and has sofas but it is not as clean as it could be and can be a bit smelly when busy.

Awful experience. Watched The Favourite on Saturday at 21:20 having paid 30 for 2 people before drinks/snacks and we could hear every song that was blaring from the bar next door- which is all part of the same company, absolutely ridiculous. I also went to get a drink at around 10pm and was told the shop was shut but I could go and queue at the bar next door to get one. Would not recommend.

Enjoyed the experience at the Grosvenor Cinema for the most part.We watched Stan and Ollie which we thoroughly enjoyed. The cinema itself is snuggled into Ashton Land and we were wise to book tickets online as there was a queue. Unfortunately the self service ticket machine to collect was out of order.Being able to have an alcoholic drink in the cinema was a treat and was mot over priced like I would expect. Same with the sweets and popcorn. Probably cheaper than your average VUE or Odeon. The seats were comfy but the sofas were crazily overpriced. 15 for one person to sit on the sofa. The seating isn't the best laid out. The seats are in twos which is great but they are all in a line. My partner was unfortunate to sit behind a very tall gent.Another negative with being a Saturday the music was thumping from the bar next door which nearly caused problems during the film. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Lovely little theater in a great area. Very quaint!! Just what we wanted. Lived seeing It's a Wonderful Life on the big screen.

Really nice little cinema that deserves all the support it can get.. Cozy place to watch films. It's a bit more relax than your bigger cinemas.
