Super art-house cinema. Good selection of films. Well priced. Staff very friendly
At half the price any other cinema is charging for admission, my expectations of this place weren't particularly high. But I was so wrong! The space was good, comfortable chairs, a well stocked bar and brilliant quality.
Home from home. Cinema as it should be. Three screens of different sizes. Showing popular films in addition to good world cinema and foreign language films. There is a annual membership for cheaper tickets and some discounted tickets during the day. Parking is available near by at Cambridge Street car park but the cinema is close to Cowcaddens underground, and a short walk between Charing X and Queen Street stations.
Always love going to GFT. Its such a great place - staff are efficient at the box office and bar. A real treat to go see a movie compared to modern faceless cinemas. Seats can be a bit cramped if youre tall, but otherwise comfy.
