I bought a 2nd hand Car from here. Initial experience was great for the sale, but a month later a couple of Arnold clark knuckle draggers turn up demanding the car back as the branch had made a mess of the saleKnuckle dragger 1 was only capable of cutting me off and repeating v5c and 2 keys while emiting a terrible smell of cheap nasty aftershave and knuckle dragger 2 just seemed to be capable of making out its my fault the dealer gave me a car without completing the right checks. Absolute A typical Arnold Clark attitude from those 2, but a good example of to show your kids why they should stick in at school.Knuckle draggers have told me they will steal my car from my drive way. The whole experience was a pure intimidation technique and Im quite alarmed that this type of thug behaviour still exists and is allowed to happen with a so called reputable company. Disgusting behaviour from Arnold Clark. I would avoid the company at all costsUPDATE: turns out the branch have total disregard for gdpr and will run multiple credit checks in you a month after you purchase your car and cause damage to your credit file by doing so. Best avoid this company st all costs
For some reason they just keep you waiting. When to pickup my car, arrived at 5.15pm and was the last person left, to collect my car at 6.30pm.The receptionist when you arrive is always on the phone, and loves to bark at people....that she is busy on the phone.Maybe I'll call her on the phone while I'm standing there.For a prestige dealership...this is NOT good enough.
