Terrible service. I went to get an annual service. Before I had the car even looked at the the guy serving me tried to talk me into paying 150 for things that I didnt need or want, told him to do one. Finally get a call to say the car was ready. Instantly taken in and told that my wipers were broken, lights were broken and my tyres were needing place. Knew it was all bs. Told him to beat it as well. Then I waited 1 hour for them to get the keys when I could see the car sat out in the car park ready to go. Got in and of course the wipers were working fine, the lights were working fine and the tyres looked absolutely fine to me. Complete joke, classic bs artists looking to make extra money off of a young guy. Dont even think about coming here for repairs. Wouldn't even give it one star. Felt sorry for all the old people in there handing over money like it was for things they actually needed, terrible behaviour.
Great service with friendly staff. Had my car serviced quickly and they even hoovered my carpets and washed the car. Very professional and a relaxed atmosphere.
My Passat GT 190 is 2 and a half years old and the passenger seat has a defect where the padding under the leather seat bolster has moved and the metal support can be felt. This is quite uncomfortable and is going to hole the leather. However they didn't want to know, with the guy smirking at the fact they got out of the repair because the car has done over 60k. Sorry mate you done too many miles. I tried reasoning about the use of the two seats - the passenger seat hardly been used compared to the drivers, so its been a waiting defect, but he wasn't interested. Reasoning, common sense or customer service were non existent and they seemed happier about not having to do a non cash generating job. I did express my dissatisfaction and he said he would get his warranty manager to contact me and maybe offer a reduced repair cost. Several days later and no call. Appalled. Here are photos of this defect and also a photo of the drivers seat, which has had far far far more traffic than the passenger's. I intend to expose my experience elsewhere on the web to make sure folk are aware of VW's customer service and possible defects before considering buying a VW, shame as otherwise its such a great car.
Easy to use, friendly staff, will take you to city centre via courtesy bus, e-updates on service progress
Friendly Receptionist, very caring. Not happy with the way the both representative spoke to me (not usually the case because i have come 3x before and always very friendly)and the prices of the repairs are very expensive and i also had 2 year warranty cover for the car.I like the available coffee and buscuit while waiting. I was waiting for at least 2 hours and it was getting depressing.
