Very nice company
Very bad attitude of the manager and the lady on the service counter we pay for service and treat us like we own money to them when I give my car to them for service it was working properly and after when I go back to pick my car they told some thing wrong with car then trying to talk to manager but the attitude of this Arnold Clark manager is not good at all so I dont know where to complaint but really I am very upset I have 3 cars in my house what we bought from Arnold Clark few months old we spend too much money on our cars and they give us this type of service sorry to say I already post my 3 cars for sale on gumtree and buy form some where else but I never go back again to Arnold Clark and I advice every one same as well dont go to Arnold Clark they trying to scam you if you dont believe me just go once you will find out.
Really poor service and communication. Car took much longer to repair than they had indicated it would. Takes ages to get anyone on the phone. Staff can be quite rude.
Utterly appalling service, car was dropped off Friday, inspection Saturday, I had anticipated hiccups so arranged to leave car until MondaySaturday I was advised work could not be completed until Monday.I gave specific instructions about contacting me on the Monday.Come Monday I get late, after 4pm, voicemail that no part available until Tuesday.Contact branch, service manager for my booking unavailable, her colleague tries to defend your dreadful service, rather than apologising, comment included, we don't have every part.Dear god, your a major, if not the largest car dealership in Scotland !Part coming from Newcastle, hard to see that being the case.However clearly this was an ongoing scenario and developing over the day, so why did you fail to contact me ? , I gave specific instructions on this.I expect a 20% reduction in my bill. No doubt you will scoff at this, however my bill will be about 27% of my monthly salary, additionally because of delay I will lose working an extra shift, costing me about 100.But of course you clearly don't give two hoots about the customer , as you know we can hardly drive a car away when it's not road worthy, you have the keys, and our certificates etc, so you have us at ransom, and can ignore our concerns.Shoddy, plain and simple, at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a ma
Always gets work done with highest possible standards. Could be a little pricey but i would say it is worth it for what you get. Had been a regular customer for them for almost 3 years. Thanks to all Staff, Claire and Charlotte in particular.
