I have had a great experience with Scottish Motor Services. Their service has been outstanding from initial contact to after sales. Hugh Baird has been exceptional, from helping to secure finance for the car for me, to arranging minor repairs after taking the car home. I was even given a courtesy car to use when my car was in the shop so I was never left without a car. Thank you for great service! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or exchange their cars.

I found what I was looking for here.Net enquiry made which led to viewing the car. The Sales Executive I met with was Hugh Baird. He was tremendous & understood what great customer service should look like. It was clear this guy had been in the industry for a number of years. We had a discussion about the car and it was apparent that no hard or soft sale tactics were being used. Hugh was genuine & helpful so would fully recommend dropping in to see him. I met the owner and sales manager too, both were very pleasant & again helpful. Purchased my car on the Thu evening and accepted delivery less than 24hrs later. Bought a 52 plate CLK in March. Pointed out to Neil warning light on dash coolant level see workshop,also car dirty required valet. Neither issue addressed, have had to fit cooling fan at own cost when told SMS would fit. Don't know Neil's surname but wouldn't be surprised if it were Daley. Go else where folks save yourself a lot of ignored calls and frustration.
