Bought a car from here last year and it has never been out the garage. Sat in the waiting room for hours for them to fix it and still not fixed. Won't be back.

This has to be the worst example of after care customer service I have ever had. I bought an Audi A5 over 4 weeks ago from this branch but only had one key. I was promised a spare would be sent to my home address ASAP. After numerous phone calls and emails from myself, and my Husband, we still dont have it. Not one of my phone calls were returned by 2 of the salesmen(I wont name them here but I will name them on the letter of complaint that I will be drafting today) even after promises by the young lady who answered all the calls I made. I even called yesterday ,whilst in Glasgow ,to see if I could come into the branch to pick it up but I was advised that the salesman concerned was busy with a client and would call me back. Obviously it didnt happen. The young lady that took my call went and checked with another Manager who said he knew nothing about a key.To add insult to injury, I have lost my key and I have a car in the driveway going nowhere.I will never buy another car from Arnold Clark. They are happy to chase you for a sale but their after sale customer service is a disgrace.I had bought a Saab a few years ago from their branch in Uphall, West Lothian, and the customer service was shocking there too but I wanted to give them another chance. I wish I hadnt.
