Terrible experience. This dealer caused danger to my life and my family by his irresponsible behaviour of selling me car that is almost scrap. The engine light went off and then I returned the car to him to investigate the problem and every time he turned the light off without proper investigation until the car broke in the middle of the road. The garage told me that the car is dangerous to drive. The dealer blocked my calls when I tried to solve this problem. I learned not to buy for small dealer at all in the future. Reply to dealer comments: sorry to tell you that you are making up stories about the bill. In the review center I had all the respones about your comments and you challenged my review and you couldn't remove it from there because I supported that by the evidence. You could have simply solved this issue rather than trying to get people to give good review.
I was told about this garage from a work colleague about 6 months ago. Since then I have purchased one car for myself and recently one for my son when he passed his test. Both cars have been great value for money and I'll be back for my next car, cheers.
Ref review :- Dear Mouhamad, I feel this review is very unfair. Your comments say the car was unsafe. I have owned Beechwood Car Sales for 12 years. I sell on average 190 cars per year and your are the third negative review I have had in that time. However your review does not reflect my business. Prior to you uplifting the car ( 4th January ) it was MOT'd for 1 year, suggesting the car was safe to drive. 3 weeks after getting the car you informed me that a light had come on in the dashboard. I tried to make it as easy as possible to get it looked at so arranged for you to take it to an Auto Electrician local to you. He then refuses to look at your car and phones me to say that you are barred. I then arrange to pick it up from your home then return it to your home.I did not block your calls when the car had a fault in May I blocked them in March when you refused to call me back regarding a small outstanding invoice, which I subsequently paid. Overall I feel your comments are totally inaccurate.
