They wanted to charge me 300 to even begin to tell me what the problem was (with no guarantee of figuring it out). They charged me 50 for the first diagnostic which included things like, your side mirror is cracked. And, you need a new tire.. cost to repair 2300. None of the repairs even dealt with the fault in the drivability of the car. Once I told them I was a qualified fitter they said they could lower the price to 1400. What!? How many people get ripped off from them. Cant inagine what theyd charge to fix the ACTUAL issue if thats whatvthey charge for break pads, mirrors, etc . Was soooo worrying that people actually use them.
I still think I got ripped off with the sales guy V. Can't wait to run down my contract and move on. It's bn 2yrs and I still feel cheated. The car had few scratches on the body (which I didn't mind but noted them)fast track year later after service and wanting to trade in for new car, they had the gut to used the scratches (which I didn't cause) to devalue the car which means I'm stack with it until I finished paying. Regret is emotion I go through.
Purchaser from London - over the phone it was all great. Body condition was described as immaculate. Arrived and there were some visible scratches - told not to worry and I'll get some free touch up paint posted to me. Purchased the car, chased the paint and just been ignored constantly. Poor aftersales
Bought a used Ford Focus eco boost which was 6 months old, but the sat nav was faulty as it keeps flickering. The car was in all day with service team and they said they cant find a fault with it. The sat nav to flicker on this model of car is normal. Wasted one whole day with these cowboys. Staff at front desk are very unprofessional and extremely rude. They are just interested in trying to sell you something. Wont be using again.
