Paid just shy of 7grand for a car with 8000 miles on it that required over 2 grand worth of work to get it through its 1st MOT 18 months later, including an entirely new steering column. Despite having a full diagnostics report carried out Arnold Clark refused to even look at the car until I'd paid them 100 to run a diagnostic after which they weren't interested. Sold me a scapper and told me "Tough luck"
Bought a used second hand car from Arnold Shark and have had nothing but problems. People at Arnold Clark are arrogant, unhelpful and obviously don't know what they're doing. Every time I have had my car put back to this place to get "fixed" it's came out worse than it was before. Absolutely do NOT recommend. They ha e recently put the WRONG engine oil in my car which has now destroyed my engine!

The sales department Mr. Kamil provided me an excellent service. I am not very happy with the service department as they are unable to resolve the battery issue with my Nissan Qahsqai first time and I had been forced to bring the car to the workshop. Firstly, I'm reviewing at 5 stars based on my 1 limited experience but given I expected it to be an abysmal day I was pleasantly surprised and that gets a 5.I wanted to be free of my car and the usual suspects were offering far less than their online quotes, so I was appreciative of Arnold Clark (Stefan) sticking to theirs, quickly paying me and clearing the finance in a timely fashion. Absolutely no hassle - in and out in 30 minutes.Would recommend.
