Was badly let down by a baker for my boys 15th birthday. Cancelled at 4pm on Friday for party today. After frantically calling about, Butterscotch Bakery said they could help us. Now my kid is autistic, and very particular about his cake. It had to be chocolate sponge, with chocolate frosting. And they even were able to decorate with a football pitch. It was amazingly good. Everyone loved it, and very affordable. Highly recommended! Will definitely go here first next time I need a cake.

Nice cakes but awful service!! I was hoping to use this baker for my wedding cake but they are very very unreliable. After no response to my initial enquiry emails, I popped in for a quote and was promised that the designer would be in touch. 2 weeks later and still no word, I decided to call and chase up. After spending the time explaining what I was after, the girl told me she'd email me a quote. Still nothing. I called again and explained my frustration (do they want my business?) the girl apologised, took all my details and promised me a call back. Still nothing. 3 emails, 3 phone calls and a visit to the store over 8 weeks and still no response! Defo not reliable enough to make my wedding cake. Will take my business elsewhere...
Love this place. They managed to turn around a specialist cake for my wife's 50th birthday in less than a week. Such polite staff that make you feel special!
Really enjoyed our afternoon at The Butterscotch Bakery. Definitely got to go back for the Red Velvet cupcake and the hot chocolate!
