The rye sourdough is the best bread you'll pretty well get anywhere. Hence the max rating. The cakes are very good (Nutella brioche mmmn) and the coffee is good. Maybe not the biggest place to sit in but hey it is excellent for just picking up lunch or bread and a coffee.
I learned that Zique was opening a bakery. So I tried it for take home bread, cakes and savouries. Good stuff. Then I was looking for outside catering for an evening reception the day before our daughter's wedding. So I decided to use The Bakery by Zique. I also asked for two wait persons. The food - beautifully presented and tasting delicious. The wait persons, lovely people and so efficient and helpful. The guests raved about the service and the food. Even at the wedding the next day, they enthused. As for value for money? I could not believe it. I will recommend The Bakery by Zique to all my friends and acquaintances and certainty will be be using them again. As well as buying my weekly domestic stuff.
