I will not be buying from this company again. Ordered a two-tier christening cake over the phone, paid in full however it took them 17 days to email an order confirmation to me. I finally got it after numerous phone calls and emails to them. I had chosen a cake from their website and had asked for them to write 'On your christening day' on the cake to which I was told it was no problem as they were only example cakes on the website. When the cake arrived, the personalisation was not done. Also, despite the cakes being extremely well packaged, there were a number of blocks which were damaged and the entire cake looked rushed. I was also quoted 120 for the cake and 9.50 delivery however my card was debited 135. Not impressed by the lack of communication, substandard cake (considering the amount of money paid) and find the company to be totally unprofessional.
