The staff here are fantastic! I would recommend them to everyone!They are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products and use personal experience to make really useful recommendations. The fact that the staff are runners themselves means that I fully trust their guidance. I fully believe you get what you pay for- I've had running shoes from here before and they have been brilliant!My final and best point was I got new trail shoes and running shoes for the same price as I could get them on the internet or a large sports store- but I got personal tailored advice regarding my gait, feet how to prevent blisters etc included from someone who actually cares about me and my running goals. Honestly if you want decent running shoes - Achilles heel is the place to go!

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. It's a store primarily focused on shoes for fitness activities (running walking etc). Don't expect to leave with any change from 100, but it is highend quality product the are selling. They do of course sell other lower cost accessories and clothing, but it certainly looked like the focus is on footwear.
Purchasing running shoes. First impressions were very good, assistant asked me questions and to walk a short distance to assess which type of shoe would be best. Tried 3 pairs and one of the pairs was very comfortable. I then asked to view less expensive shoes. She wasn't as keen but brought another pair for me to try. I still liked the first pair I tried but for the 4th time, this assistant went to assist someone at the counter. The shoes were 120 and if the customer service had been 5 star, I would possibly have purchased there and then. Took a note of the style of shoe and purchased online for 71.99. Maybe I should be thankful for the poor customer service!
