Update, today I was offered 25 to remove my review! now as much as I would like 25 I only chose 1st choice because of the good reviews, but if this is happening all the time what's the point!I did get my receipt and repair quote tonight tho :)As reviews go I didn't think it was that bad just a honest account of how things went.Poor show. I called to get someone out to look at my boiler on Friday and booked for Tuesday morning. I got a call this morning asking if i still needed an engineer to visit, i did. They also mentioned that there was a 55 call out charge that wasn't mentioned when i made the booking four days earlier! He was here for 15 mins and told me i needed a new boiler! Thanks! I'm still waiting for my receipt and quote for the new boiler.Edit. I was told it may be a new pump required but no costing was provided so i couldn't make a choice. Also you found time to reply to this but i still don't have a receipt or quote!

Fast and efficient service. leak in kitchen which was sorted within 30 minutes. Very reasonable price but excellent service. I don't normally leave review but on this occasion I feel the need.
I've used 1st Choice twice now, once for a boiler breakdown and once for a leak in the bathroom. Both times they have been really fast, efficient and friendly. I feel like I can rely on them to do a good job and would definitely contact them in the future if needed.
