My family and I were thoroughly impressed with Moving Home Made Easy. They took such great care with our belongings ensuring everything was covered and wrapped up correctly in order that no damage occurred. The team were super friendly and efficient, nothing was too difficult for them, and they really made that extra effort to ensure the move went smoothly. The guys were so professional and friendly. I honestly can't fault them, they arrived on time, and then also took their time with the move, even making sure the carpets were delivered to the correct rooms in the new house. Also built up furniture again where required. Moving is stressful enough, but to have a team take on the responsibility for the move so efficiently and effectively really helped us to relax on the day. Definitely be using their services again, and recommending them to friends and family. I also run a property management company so will be using them for commercial property moves when required.
Fantastic experience, from easy communication beforehand to a cheerful and friendly service on the day. Opted to have the packing done and did not regret the decision as it was done very professionally and took a lot of hassle out of the move. Couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend Moving Home Made Easy!
Cant recommend this company enough after they moved us from our two bedroom 3rd floor flat. Pre-move, the communication was spot on and David was quick to answer my emails. On moving day, the guys arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were nice, polite, and hard working. There were 4 guys initially to pack and then even more guys kept arriving to help load the truck. Im not even sure how many there were in the end (they had an assembly line going down the stairs) but it meant that the job was done much quicker than I expected. Delivery the following day was just as smooth. What was anticipated as being a stressful event turned out to be the opposite and I was very happy with the service.
The excellence of this company simply cannot be overstated. The flexible and efficient attitude of the management allied allied to a highly experienced, courteous, cooperative and hard working team of operatives made our (very delayed) move as smooth as it could possibly have been. We packed most of our goods ourselves (the company supplied us with 20 large boxes, a large roll of bubble wrap and tape) but even on the day, the moving team were more than happy to supply further boxes and pack additional items for us. Absolutely superb value for money
Would most definitely recommend. David was extremely helpful in the days leading up to the move. His guys were punctual, careful, efficient and polite. They were also extremely patient - a 6 hour delay getting access to the new property meant the Friday afternoon move-in became a Friday evening move-in - the guys took it in their stride. Cannot thank them enough .
