we used lomand removals for our house removal. this was the worst decision that we made..they were three hours late .told my elderly mum.they would be arriving at 8am.they eventually turned up at 11am.the removal men were were smelling of alcohol. they were arguing on the street. outside our house.when they eventually got to work.they were several broken items.this company was simply not a professional company. it was appalling service. I can only agree with the rest of the bad reviews. if I had read them before I booked lomand removals. I would have never of booked them.a shambles..
Damaged our home and despite numerous calls emails and letters they still won't pay for the damage. Staff don't care
Please avoid this company, we learned the hard way. Anything but professional and left some of our furniture scored, also being a new build they trailed dirt through our new expensive carpets.
Lomond Removals are top class. From the minute I contacted Robert everything went like clockwork , so efficient and friendly. The day of removals the team were so organised , professional and friendly. They took great care of my belongings whilst moving from the house to truck and also took care within the house by putting covering down on the flooring to prevent any damage whilst moving the furniture. I highly recommend this company. From booking to moving to storage the company have been amazing and also arrived prior to the time and only took an hour to empty my two bedroom house. So if your looking for first class service and stress free this is the company your looking for. Thanks again to Robert and his team.
